Get Ready Get Set GOAL !
OK, I gotta make this quick because we are leaving for the weekend and I am not quite ready and Doug is........so I just wanted to announce a six week challenge that my Mom has proposed.........we are going to set some personal goals and keep a daily checklist on how we are doing with each goal we are not going to keep the checklist online ( that will be for us individually ) but we need to have accountability to make us more successful in completing the challenge.........so we are going to start this coming Monday...June 9th 2008 and report on the comment section of this post as to how we rate our previous day.......example B+ on Exercise......A on eating right........C- on getting sleep........but we won't put the specifics just........for example, Loras report Goal # 1 B+ Goal # 2 A Goal #3 C- .............if anyone is wanting to start the challenge with us please do..... the more the merrier!!! and this is good motivator to have the accountability for daily reports. Just start thinking about what your personal goals are and the daily plan of action over the weekend and then we will start on Tuesday reporting for the Monday start day!!!! It will be great to see at the end of six weeks what the success stories will be!!

Ok.....I'm ready, I've got my goals set. Mine are to get back on track with my exercise program, eat better so I can drop the ? lbs. that I have gained, and most important to spend quiet time with God each day.
I'll check in on tuesday......

I did as good as possible for today (sounds like a disclaimer doesn't it) I had 3 skin cancers removed this morning, which made it difficult to exercise like I want. I did some leg exercises on the floor, but couldn't use my upper body for exercise because of bleeding. Sooooooo

We left to go out of town Friday afternoon so I was not home to do any organizing and then we went out on Friday night till late.....but all in all I would say I didn't do too bad over the weekend....but there is nothing like being home to get back into a routine.....Here we go week 3!

Ok, Friday was not very good....we left to go to the boat, so I did manage to get quite a bit done,,,...that wasn't the bad part...it was the part where we went to Dominics for dinner and I had to much bread and pesto sauce..and I didn't do my excerices...I can't believe how fast these weeks have gone....today is the start of the last week of the six weeks....so I mean it...I really am going to focas this week and make it good!
